What does it integrate?

Customers

Customers and their addresses are integrated both ways. Options allow control of customer records and shipping address synchronizations in either direction or both. Customers can be limited to editing the default or additional addresses if needed.

Sales Orders

Sales Orders

After payment on a sales order, it is integrated into SYSPRO in real-time or via a queue. The customer gets the SYSPRO order number on the order confirmation screen and any communications from Commerce. If configured, failed orders can automatically be re-attempted, with an exception after a time limit.

Inventory and Stock

Inventory and Stock

Inventory is integrated with stock levels from one or more warehouses, incoming stock and due dates from purchase orders if needed. SYSPRO inventory “Custom Form” fields can be mapped to Commerce attributes to allow for filtering, searching, or custom rules.

Customer Account (Customer Portal)

Customer Account (Customer Portal)

The customer account module replaces the default Commerce order view in the customer account dashboard with views for orders, invoices, dispatch notes, and outstanding items from SYSPRO.

Company

Company

Companies are integrated from the SYSPRO master sub-relationship to Commerce with customer records linked as logins and enforceable credit limits for companies.

Pricing is driven by the rules in SYSPRO, ensuring all pricing matches SYSPRO. The pricing is displayed on search, category, and product pages and calculated in the Cart and checkout processes.
